The Ashram Experience
Step outside the world that keeps telling you who you are.
An invitation to investigate your true identity, experience a different way of living, and return to the world with a deeper understanding of yourself.
Why step away?
At home, you are constantly reminded of who you are supposed to be.
Your family, work, responsibilities, and everyday interactions reinforce the identity you have spent your life building.
But who are you when those familiar roles become quiet?
An ashram offers something increasingly rare: an environment dedicated to investigating that question.
What happens during an Ashram Experience?
-
Study
Non-dual philosophy, the nature of Reality, and the investigation of the Self.
-
Practice
Traditional Tantra Yoga, meditation, and contemplation.
-
Ritual
Mantra, sacred practices, and embodied remembrance.
-
Immersion
Spiritual guidance, community, silence, and a different daily rhythm.
This is not a conventional wellness retreat or a promise of instant enlightenment.
It is an opportunity to step away from habitual conditioning and dedicate yourself to spiritual investigation and direct experience.
We recommend allowing yourself at least 7–14 days. Longer immersion, when available, offers additional time for practice.
More than a retreat. A complete journey.
The Ashram Experience belongs to a wider spiritual journey.
The Root Cause introduces the investigation. Guided study and sustained practice help deepen it. The ashram creates the environment for immersion.
And the real practice continues when you return home.
A question to take with you
Think of all the roles you occupy every day: daughter, partner, parent, professional, friend.
Now ask yourself:
Who am I when nobody needs me to be any of those things?
Don't rush to answer.
Stay with the question for a little while.
A note from your guide
I originally went to an ashram in India intending to stay for one month.
I stayed for two and a half years.
That experience transformed my understanding of who I am, and it became the foundation of the spiritual path I now teach.
