Information on the processing of personal data (GDPR).

2. Overview

This website is an informational and workshop registration site. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the site securely, respond to messages you send us, complete ticket purchases, and understand (in a privacy-preserving way) how the workshop page performs. We do not sell your data.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server operated via Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / EU). The hosting provider processes server log data (for example IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and the requested page) as necessary to deliver the website and to ensure IT security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website).

4. Access data / server logs

When you visit this website, the web server automatically records technical access data in log files. These logs are used to ensure the stability and security of the service and are deleted or anonymised on a regular schedule according to the server configuration.

Separately, for the workshop page we keep a first-party funnel counter on our own server (not Meta or Google). It records aggregate daily numbers such as: workshop page views, approximate unique visitors, clicks toward Stripe checkout, and completed purchases after Stripe confirms payment. Meta-ad visits are counted when the link includes typical ad parameters (for example fbclid). We store a one-way daily hash for uniqueness, not your raw IP address, and we do not send this counter to advertising platforms. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and improving the workshop offering and understanding campaign results without relying solely on third-party cookies). This counter does not require the cookie banner “Accept all” choice.

5. Contact by email or contact form

If you contact us by email or via the contact form on this website, we process the data you provide (name, email address and message content, and any other details you include) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the contact relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We retain this correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, unless a longer retention is required by law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics 4, PostHog product analytics (on Albrecht Apps self-hosted infrastructure), and Google Tag Manager (when configured) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising performance, including completed workshop purchases. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies (for example local storage). They load only after you choose Accept all on the cookie banner. Technically necessary cookies may also be set by the server or framework for security or basic functionality (for example a session or CSRF protection cookie, and the language preference cookie).

Choosing Necessary only keeps measurement tools off (or turns them off if you change your mind later by clearing site data for this site and selecting Necessary only again). Session recordings in PostHog mask form inputs.

Full details are in our Cookies policy. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Google Tag Manager (when enabled) load only after you choose Accept all on the cookie banner.

7. SSL / TLS encryption

This site is offered via HTTPS. Encryption helps protect data in transit between your browser and our server.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right, where applicable, to:

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. For Romania, this is typically the ANSPDCP.
