The Higher Mind Salon™

Your mind deserves a room of its own.

A modern intellectual salon for women who refuse to stop learning.

Every Wednesday evening, we gather for thirty minutes of ideas, questions, and conversation about the things that make us not merely more productive, but more profound, more intelligent, and more alive.

  • Philosophy
  • Consciousness
  • Relationships
  • Health
  • Art
  • Science
  • AI
  • Money
  • Beauty
  • Death
  • Meaning
  • Reality

May we please talk about something interesting?

Perhaps you have noticed something odd.

There are thousands of communities created for women today.

And very many of them end up, in one way or another, speaking almost exclusively about two things:

How to heal ourselves

  • Heal your inner child.
  • Heal the relationship.
  • Heal the trauma.
  • Heal the feminine energy.
  • Heal the past.

How to monetise

  • Build the business.
  • Grow the audience.
  • Make more money.
  • Become visible.
  • Scale. Monetise.

And yes — both conversations have their place in our lives.

But sometimes do you not feel the need to raise your hand and ask:

A woman raises her hand to ask a question

“May we please talk about something interesting?”

  • About love.
  • About what consciousness is.
  • About why music moves us.
  • About death.
  • About marriage.
  • About AI and what it means for the future of the human being.
  • About beauty.
  • About money — not only how we make it, but what it does to our minds.
  • About civilisations.
  • About the body — not only how to lose weight.
  • About philosophy.
  • About what Ayurveda knew about balance thousands of years before wellness.
  • About who we are.
  • About what Reality is.
  • About how to live a good life.

The central idea

Not everything you learn needs to help you earn money.

And not everything you study needs to fix something within you.

  • Sometimes we learn because we wish to understand.
  • Because we are curious.
  • Because there are ideas too beautiful to pass by without investigating them.
  • Because education ought not to end on the day we stop receiving diplomas.
  • And because perhaps one of the greatest forms of luxury is to afford to remain curious for life.

The Higher Mind Salon is a form of lifelong education.

Not for the CV.
Not for monetisation.
Not for your “better self”.
But for you, as a soul.

A woman is more than the sum of the roles she plays.

We are taught to become:

  • good daughters
  • good wives
  • good mothers
  • good professionals
  • good entrepreneurs
  • attractive women
  • healed women
  • successful women

But who cultivates the woman behind all these roles?

  • Her mind.
  • Her discernment.
  • Her culture.
  • Her capacity to think.
  • Her relationship with beauty.
  • With truth.
  • With her own body.
  • With the world.
  • With life itself.

I do not wish to build yet another space that tells you how to become “a better version of yourself”.

I wish to build a place where we can become more educated about what it means to be women.

What the Salon is

An intellectual salon for the modern woman

In the old European salons, writers, philosophers, artists, scientists, and thinkers would gather.

And often, at the centre of those rooms, stood a woman: a salonnière.

Not merely a beautifully dressed ornament.
Not merely a smiling hostess.

The salonnière was the woman who set the intellectual tone of those gatherings.

A cultivated woman, capable of bringing the right people and the right ideas together, and of creating conversations that continued long after the evening ended.

Today we no longer need a château, a noble title, or a handwritten invitation (though I assure you, you will receive one from me, if you join us).

We can build this room online.

In this room

  • A woman from Bucharest
  • Another from Cluj
  • Another from London
  • Another from Rome

Another from somewhere in the world, drinking her tea in quiet, after the children have fallen asleep.

A room without walls,
built around ideas.

The Higher Mind Salon — women in conversation: we take the things people have always talked about and try to look at them anew

The Wednesday ritual

Every Wednesday, one interesting idea, seen from another angle

Not a two-hour course.

Not yet another twelve-week programme you buy and then watch guiltily from your inbox.

Just thirty minutes.
An intellectual pause in the middle of the week.

3–5 minutes

Arrival

Breath.
Stillness.
We step out of the noise of the day for a few minutes.

12–15 minutes

The Higher Mind Talk

A spoken essay. An investigation.
Starting from one idea, a new way of seeing something you thought you already knew.

10–15 minutes

Salon Questions

Your questions.
Sent in advance or discussed during the gathering.
Live answers. Satsang. Conversation. Investigation.

Then we return to our lives.
But, I hope, not quite with the same mind we brought in.

Editorial territories

What do we talk about?

The Salon does not belong to a single discipline, because life does not belong to a single discipline. We will investigate four great territories.

I

The Self

Before we become a better version of ourselves, perhaps it would be useful to discover who this “self” is.

  • Identity
  • Consciousness
  • Philosophy
  • Vedanta
  • Tantra
  • Zen
  • Psychology
  • Freedom
  • Death
  • Meaning
  • Reality

II

The Art of Living

Love, money, children, marriage, work. In other words, precisely the things everyone has an opinion on today and very few have had time to think about seriously. 😏

  • Love
  • Marriage
  • Friendship
  • Children
  • Money
  • Work
  • Ambition
  • Femininity
  • Ageing
  • Decisions
  • Freedom & responsibility

III

The Body of Wisdom

Health beyond calories, supplements, and whatever happens to be viral this week.

  • Yoga
  • Ayurveda
  • Breath
  • Meditation
  • Sleep
  • Energy
  • Stress
  • Rhythms
  • Traditional systems

IV

The World We Live In

News and ideas you will not hear on television. Sometimes because they do not fit between two advertisements.

  • AI
  • Science
  • Consciousness
  • Art
  • Music
  • Literature
  • History
  • Culture
  • Technology
  • Future

Sample evenings

A few evenings I would love to spend together

  1. What does it mean to be an educated woman in 2026?

Not merely informed, certified, and subscribed to seventeen podcasts. :)

  2. On love: perhaps we have reduced a cosmic mystery to self-love and SPA.

From Prema to the question of whether love can be understood as a force, not merely an emotion.

  3. Personal development: a very shiny add-on over an identity we have never investigated

You wrote the affirmations. You set the goals. But who is the person you keep trying to improve?

  4. How to make money online?

Or… how to lose six months watching others make money online. :)

  5. What is Reality, and how do you know?

A very simple question. Until you try to answer it.

  6. What did Ayurveda know about exhaustion before we invented burnout?

Perhaps we do not need another matcha. Revolutionary, I know.

  7. Narcissism: the subject that perhaps should have been taught before trigonometry

How do we recognise the signals without turning TikTok into a school of psychiatry?

  8. Why do we buy courses we never finish?

We have lifetime access, fourteen bonuses, three workbooks, and apparently zero time to press Play. :)

Perhaps the Salon is for you if…

  • You buy books faster than you manage to read them.
  • You save articles for “later”.
  • Sometimes you wish to speak about things the people around you do not seem very interested in discussing.
  • You love personal development, but you are tired of seeing yourself as a project that must be endlessly repaired.
  • You like to make money, but you do not want every conversation to become about monetisation.
  • Perhaps you have children you adore, but you know your identity was not born with them.
  • Perhaps you love fashion, perfume, and beautiful dresses, and yet you know the women you never forget are rarely memorable only for what they wore.
  • You like to be in a room with women who have something to say.
  • You wish to continue educating yourself.
  • You wish to understand more.
  • You want better questions.
  • You want better conversations.
  • And perhaps, simply, you miss interesting women.

Then… welcome.

This is not yet another “self improvement” programme.

  • I do not promise that in twenty-one days you will become “the best version of yourself”.
  • There is no graduation certificate in which you will be officially declared “healed”.
  • You need not come here because something is wrong with you.
  • And we need not turn every experience in our lives into a trauma that demands a workbook.

You may come simply because:

  • you are curious.
  • Because you wish to think more deeply.
  • Because you wish to understand for yourself, not merely believe strongly in what others say.
  • Because you wish to be exposed to ideas you might not have reached on your own.
  • Because a rich intellectual life is itself a form of wellbeing.

Once a month

The Salon Table

Instead of the usual format, we have a longer gathering.

Cameras on. Fewer slides. More conversation. A Big Question. And room for you.

60–75 minutes. A mastermind for ideas, life, and growth.

  • Not for forced networking
  • Not for pitches
  • Not to prove who knows more
  • But to think together

Because sometimes conversation itself is a form of education.

Between weekly gatherings

The Salon Room

The Salon continues in a private space.

Not yet another noisy group where you wake to two hundred and forty-seven messages before breakfast.

I want a clean, cultivated, intentional space. Each week you will find there:

  • a question worth thinking about
  • a passage, an article, a book
  • a piece of music
  • an idea left over from Wednesday’s gathering
  • recommendations for going deeper
  • Salon announcements

Less noise.
More substance.

Host

Who hosts the Salon?

Portrait of Daiana Rădulescu

I am Daiana Rădulescu.

For more than twelve years I have studied and practised systems that attempt to answer some of humanity’s oldest questions:

  • Who are we?
  • What is mind?
  • What is consciousness?
  • Why do we suffer?
  • What does a good life mean?
  • What is freedom?
  • What is Reality?

I have studied and taught Traditional Yoga, Tantra, Vedic philosophy, and Ayurveda, and spent years in India deepening these traditions.

But my curiosity has never stopped at the old traditions. I am equally interested in:

  • science
  • psychology
  • neuroscience
  • AI
  • technology
  • history
  • art
  • Western philosophy
  • the future of the human being

And I love one thing enormously: taking a complicated idea and making it simple. Not superficial. Simple. Clearly understood. And applicable to the life we live now.

The Higher Mind Salon is the place where I wish to do this every week.

Try without obligation

Not sure if it is for you?

From time to time I will open the doors for The Open Salon — a free gathering. No card. No obligation. You simply come. Listen. Ask a question if you wish. And see whether this is the conversation you were missing.

Questions

FAQ

How long are the gatherings?

Approximately thirty minutes every Wednesday. Once a month we also have The Salon Table, a longer gathering of approximately 60–75 minutes.

Do I need to attend live?

No. You may watch the replay when you have time. But the Q&A and conversation happen live, so I recommend coming when you can.

Do I need to turn on my camera?

Not for the weekly gatherings. For The Salon Table I will invite you to do so, because there we truly build a conversation between women. But there is no obligation.

Do I need a background in philosophy or spirituality?

Not at all. The Salon is not created for academics. It is created for curious women. Ideas will be presented clearly, without unnecessary jargon.

Is it a spirituality course?

No. Spirituality and traditional philosophy will appear where they are relevant, but the Salon goes much further. We will speak about art, health, relationships, AI, money, society, science, culture, and much else.

Is it therapy or coaching?

No. The Salon is an educational, philosophical, and contemplative space. Some conversations may produce powerful personal insights, but they do not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, or other professional support when those are needed.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. No explanations. No “retention call”.

In what language is it held?

The founding edition is in Romanian. An international edition in English will follow.

Final invitation

Perhaps you no longer need information.

We already have more than enough.

Perhaps you need a room in which to put it in order.

A place where we slow down enough to think.

Where we ask questions for which Google does not offer a satisfactory answer in three seconds.

Where we learn without immediately having to turn what we have learned into money.

Where we do not come because we are broken.

But because we are alive. Curious. Capable of continuing to become more profound.

Bring your questions.
Bring your curiosity.
Bring the part of you that never stopped wondering.

I will bring everything I have studied, practised, taught, and continue to discover.

Every Wednesday. Thirty minutes. One idea. One room. A few beautiful minds.

Welcome to The Higher Mind Salon.
